The Rice Lake RL32018 – 2,500 lb model is a rugged, high-precision single-ended beam load cell engineered for industrial weighing systems requiring dependable mid-range capacity. Constructed from nickel-plated alloy steel and sealed to IP66, this load cell is designed to perform reliably in tough environments such as floor scales, hopper systems, and light-duty vehicle scales.
 
With an output sensitivity of 3.0 mV/V ±0.05%, the 2,500 lb RL32018 offers stable, accurate signal performance with minimal combined error—just ±0.017% full scale. It features a 400 Ω input resistance and 350 Ω output resistance, with a recommended excitation voltage of 10 VDC (max 15 VDC). Operating across a compensated temperature range of –14 °F to 104 °F (–10 °C to 40 °C), the RL32018 is well-suited to varied climate conditions.
